Thame, Oxfordshire – Badger Survey
What Windrush Ecology did
Whilst surveying a site for proposed residential development, we discovered a badger sett on the edge of some woodland. As the sett would be directly affected by the proposals, we recommended, and undertook, a monitoring survey using camera traps.
The footage from the cameras clearly showed badger activity, including young, which concluded that the sett was indeed a main (breeding) sett.
