Charlbury, Oxfordshire – Biodiversity Net Gain Assessment

One of our first projects using the Statutory Biodiversity Metric was the creation of a new estate near Charlbury in Oxfordshire. The proposals were for renovation and extension of the existing farmhouse and significant new landscaping to create a parkland, woodland, lake and wildflower grassland.

We worked very closely with the client and Landscape Architect to ensure that the delivery of Biodiversity Net Gain was exemplary, and which reflected the true dedication of the client to ecological enhancement of what was previously sterile farmland.
