2013 promises to be a busy year for Windrush Ecology Ltd. Taking a proactive approach, we are consolidating and forging a number of relationships with other ecologists and ecological consultancies in order to broaden our scope of work, deliver high-quality, specialist fieldwork and to undertake interesting and challenging collaborative projects.

Our special relationship with Pure Ecology in Herefordshire continues to go from strength to strength and we are working on a number of different projects at the present time, including bat surveys, tree climbing surveys for bat roosts and habitat surveys. It is hoped that by working collaboratively, we will be able to deliver quality ecological services within Herefordshire, neighbouring counties and into South Wales, with a particular emphasis on specialist bat surveys.

A recent meeting with the Environmental Dimesnsion Partnership (EDP) in Cirencester, Gloucestershire has also proved fruitful and we hope to provide them with specialist field assistance during some up-coming projects in Southern England, bat surveys and great crested newt surveys in particular.
